I am a bilingual, trained Spiritual Director, Pastoral Counselor, and Certified Professional Life Coach who is passionate about helping others experience the depth of God’s love and care. It would be my joy to walk alongside you as you grow in deeper intimacy with God, experience greater interior freedom and joy, and cultivate healthier relationships—with yourself, others, and the world around you.
I have a deep compassion for the lost, the hurting, and the hopeless. Having received significant healing in my own life, I seek to be a vessel through which others can encounter healing, power, and intimacy with Christ.
Personally, I am an advocate for my community and a mentor to many. My favorite pastimes include exercising (especially weightlifting), teaching, learning, and enjoying healthy activities and travel with my husband—my best friend and high school sweetheart—and our three sons.

I was born and raised in Italy, where I grew up in a ministry home and followed in the footsteps of my parents, who were both ministers. In 2011, my husband and I moved to Houston, where we now live with our two amazing teenagers.
I am passionate about helping people hear from the Lord and grow in their identity in Christ—walking in the truth of who they are and the purpose they were created for. For over 25 years, I’ve had the joy of serving as a worship leader, both in Italy and here in the Houston area.

I have walked with Jesus for more than 40 years and can say that I radically underestimated how gentle, sweet, kind and gracious Jesus. He is my best friend. I joined the Lord in ministry 37 years ago with a calling of setting the captives free for His glory. I personally have experienced the healing and freedom of the Lord from deep emotional and mental pain. I am grateful to help others experience the Exchange of their shame for healing, their trauma for transformation, and their anxiety for the vibrance of fullness in Christ. I was born in upstate New York and lived in Florida as a child and early teen, but I have spent most of my living in Houston, Texas.
About 7 years ago, the Lord called me in to anti sex trafficking ministry. After a 38 year corporate career in facility security, God made a way for me to do this type of ministry full time. Now I lead teams nightly on some of the darkest streets in Houston where adults and children are bought and sold. God’s love and compassion drives me forward in that ministry. It is the same love and compassion that has motivated me to become and Exchange facilitator, where I want to see people experience true freedom in Christ.
